Piazzale Michelangelo Slideshow

Piazzale Michelangelo is a famous square in honor of Michelangelo Buonarroti. It has a fabulous panoramic view of Florence, Italy, and is a popular place overlooking the city for tourists to visit. If you go up the hill, you can find easy parking at the Catedral. It was built in 1869 and designed by architect Giuseppe Poggi.
